Chaoyang ParkChaoyang Park is the biggest city park in Beijing. There are about 20 different sites, General Forest, Esperanto Forest, International Friendship Forest, Art Square, and Brave Man’s Amusement Park, to name a few. 

This place was originally a deserted land, while then it was turned into a park. The park not only improves this area’s environment, but also enriches citizen’s life. It has been through many years that it has reached the recent scale.

Chaoyang Park is devoted to enhance people’s life qualities. It always holds festivals, exhibitions.

In order to better play the role of cultural exchange center, it has focus on eight creative culture items, such as Central Island Theatre, Ferris Wheel, Youth Peace Square, Sony Science Exploration, and the Volleyball Beach which was the competition site for beach volleyball of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
